Do you provide International delivery?
We do not currently provide international delivery, but check back as it could be available in the near future.
How do I return an item?
Please inform us of any problems with an item within 3 days of receipt. Return the items within 14 days of purchase by paying the return shipping for the item. As we are not responsible for items lost in the mail, insurance is recommended.
What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. We do our best to ensure an item is accurately represented, but in the rare event that you are not happy with your selection, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after the date of order. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. However, refunds are to be issued strictly in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. Return credits have no expiration. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us directly with your return request. Sorry, custom orders are not refundable.
How do I track my order?
Once an item has shipped, a tracking number will be provided with your order. As items are shipped through the USPS, please track your order through their website.
What are your delivery options?
Your order will ship after payment is confirmed within 4-5 business days. We ship via the USPS using Priority Mail within the U.S. We do not currently ship internationally.
If you have a time sensitive item please let us know, and we can make arrangements to speed up delivery, but this may entail an additional cost.
All items are packaged in newspaper, or other reused materials whenever possible. However, special packaging is available upon request at no extra cost to you, so that your special gift arrives ready to give.
